1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Sugar Cascade ("the App"), published by Mateusz Jamróz ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which also applies.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your private, non-commercial entertainment, in line with the App Store usage rules.
3. Virtual items
Coins, gems, stars, keys, boosters, stickers, pets and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or real goods, and cannot be transferred. The lucky wheel, chests and the "Lucky Drop" slot only award in-game items; no real money can be wagered or won.
4. Your progress
Progress is stored only on your device. We are not able to restore progress that is lost, for example when the App is deleted or the device is reset.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute or sell the App or its content, except where the law allows this despite this restriction.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its code, graphics, sounds and texts belong to Mateusz Jamróz. The fonts Lilita One and Baloo 2 are used under the SIL Open Font License.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the App or any feature at any time. Some changes may reset or rebalance in-game items.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
